As a full-time Digital Designer, I worked at the center of this ecosystem, translating brand direction into creative that supported both storytelling and revenue growth.

The role required more than execution and asset delivery. It required maintaining rigorous brand consistency across digital and physical touchpoints, building scalable systems to optimize workflow efficiency and support a constantly evolving team, as well as conceptual contributions—all while meeting tight deadlines in a performance-driven environment.

I designed and developed visual content—across e-commerce, email, social, retail signage, mailers, and PR materials—crafted to support campaign launches and ensure bold, cohesive brand recognition and performance-driven clarity at every customer touchpoint.
Beyond execution, I became a key contributor to workflow optimization. I supported onboarding for new hires, refined file systems, improved Figma component structures, and lead the establishment of processes to increase teamwide efficiency.
Collaborating closely with Art Directors and cross-functional teams, I helped shape promotional series and seasonal campaigns from concept through delivery. My role evolved from reliable executor to creative partner—anticipating needs, contributing ideas earlier in the process, and taking the lead on promotional launches.
